P 1 C2 PROFESSIONAL VIDEO RECORDING
P 1 C3 PROFESSIONAL AUDIO RECORDING &
P 1 C4 PPT PRESENTATIONS with AUDIO/VIDEO & GRAPHICS.
In our physical workshops we follow the following pattern; that you can see in this slide.
But here, as an introduction for your online course; before imparting the technical details
regarding your chosen course; I would like to show you an overview of the bigger picture for creating a context for your learning.
So whether you have chosen a course for creating Graphics in Photoshop or for learning Videography and edit or Audio recording and processing / compiling all medias in your PPT
for the purpose of Presentation to your target audience…
Or you have chosen the comprehensive course of creating multimedia trainings; It’s all inter-related and a basic introduction to the bigger picture will help you understand your work role better, of your respective course.
The process of creating any media for communication whether it is for training or conveying any corporate or any commercial message starts with drafting a script.
Once we decide the message we wish to convey, we create a graphic story board for the same;
wherein we plan out the multimedia execution details; so to share handouts of
a visual and discriptive story board for each member to understand so that every member of the multimedia team can see it and to have a copy of it with them.
The Graphics team;
the Video Shoot team
& for the Audio/VO Recording persons
And later the editing team, the compiling team.
So everybody knows what is the bigger picture, what is the plan of action and everybody is on the same page so that they work on their individual concepts, on their individual components,
towards building one bigger picture, which is the final communication design.
We can also paste this script in PPT format along with graphic storyboard and Footnote the VO content in the PPT so to identify the audio recording component.
Once each of the above team does their work we can do the final Editing & Compositing there by compiling all medias in PPT for the final presentation.
